Introduction
Purpose
These Policies & Procedures define the relationship between I.T.E Digital Academy (“the Academy”) and its Independent Business Operators (“IBOs”), who promote, sell, and deliver our digital education services. They ensure compliance with Botswana’s legal framework and establish standards for ethical conduct, training, marketing, and compensation.
Code of Ethics
All IBOs must
Act with integrity, honesty and professionalism
Comply with Botswana’s Company Act, Consumer Protection Act, Data Protection Act, E Transactions Act and Digital Services Bill
Present Academy services and the Compensation Plan accurately
Refrain from exaggerated income or investment claims
Support and train peers in a respectful manner
Protect the Academy’s reputation at all times

Incorporation
The “IBO Agreement” means the online application, these Policies & Procedures, the Compensation Plan, any Social Media Guidelines, and any official addenda or amendments thereto. Together they form a binding contract.
Governing Law
- These Policies & Procedures are governed by the laws of Botswana, including:
- Companies Act (CAP 42:01)
- Consumer Protection Act (CAP 42:07) - Data Protection Act, 2018
- Electronic Communications and Transactions Act
- Digital Services Bill, 2024
Amendments
The Academy may amend these policies at any time. Changes become effective ten (10)
days after notice via:
- IBO Portal
- Official e-mail
- Academy social channels or app

IBO RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Leadership
- Provide genuine onboarding, coaching and compliance guidance -
- Use Academy-approved collateral only; any self-created material must be pre-approved
- Focus on genuine end-user sales—commissions derive solely from Customer purchases
Unethical Sponsoring
Prohibited activities include:
- Enticing IBOs away from their Sponsor
- “Stacking”—manipulating the structure to trigger unearned commissions
- Recruiting from competing platforms without disclosure Violations must be reported to compliance@itedigital.ac.bw within 30 days of enrollment.
Correct Information
IBOs must keep their contact, banking and tax information current. Allow 72 hours for updates.
Sponsorship
Sponsor by guiding prospects through enrollment and platform use - First-to-present courtesy applies if multiple IBOs approach the same prospect
Cross Sponsoring
IBOs may **not** re-enroll under a different Sponsor within six (6) months of termination. Sanctions up to termination apply.
Solicitation for Other Ventures
During and for one year after the Agreement, IBOs may **not** solicit Academy Customers or IBOs to join competing direct-sales, MLM, or network-marketing ventures.

Every Platinum Package you sell will earn you up to P267 for each new member. Additionally, you can earn from what yout team produces.
